Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours after payment.

Orders in packaging or transit cannot be canceled.

A 6.9% + $1 processing fee applies to all cancellations.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Customers pay for return shipping unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.
