Order Cancellation, Return & Refund Guidelines

  1. Cancelling Orders

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours after payment.

  • Orders in packaging or transit cannot be canceled.

  • A 6.9% + $1 processing fee applies to all cancellations.

  1. Return Instructions

  • Return window: 30 days from purchase or 14 days from delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Customers pay for return shipping unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.

  1. Refund Process

  • Refunds approved for:

    • Damaged or defective items

    • Incorrect shipments

    • Undelivered items

  • Documentation required (photos, videos, order info).

  • Buyer’s remorse refunds accepted, return shipping costs are not covered.

  • Refunds processed after inspection, typically within 1–10 business days.

  1. Exchanges

  • Replacement items shipped free for carrier errors.

  • Replacement costs for customer address mistakes are customer responsibility.

  1. Exclusions

  • Pre-order or custom-made items

  • Lost/stolen after delivery

  • Unauthorized returns

  • Delays due to customs, natural disasters, or other force majeure

  1. International Orders

  • Customers responsible for customs duties or import fees.

  • Returns/cancellations caused by customs charges are generally not accepted.
